The UX and UI Designer we are looking for will be part of a team whose size will grow over time.

As a UX/UI Designer you will be constantly supported and encouraged to develop your skills and abilities, both on operational and strategic aspects, interfacing with all the resources involved in the development of the UX/UI project: the designers, the marketing team and the UX/UI Research team.

At the same time, we are interested in developing specialized skills that allow us to offer a quality service to our clients.

What does the UX and UI Designer do?

You will be involved in projects that may vary in size (small or medium) and duration (weeks or months)

You will share team working methods and tools

Organize your time efficiently and productively with our effective project management model

You will work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic team where you will be able to improve your skills in UX research, UX design and UI design

Who is our ideal UX/UI Designer?

Will work with the technical team to take care of aspects related to the design and development of interfaces, information architecture, interaction models

Is interested and preferably familiar with the main concepts related to User Experience: Information Architecture, Wireframes, Interaction flows, Interactive Prototypes, Requirements gathering, Benchmarking

Is familiar with at least one of the following tools for interface design: Sketch, Adobe XD

Has perfect knowledge of Italian language (written and spoken)

Good communication skills

Knowledge of English is appreciated

Has knowledge of one or more of the following prototyping tools: Invision, Axure, Proto. io, Marvel, Principle, Figma

Knows or is determined to learn the use of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop and the Adobe Suite in general
