The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Creative Directors and Strategy leads to help push the design boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities.

Present innovative and differentiating ideas and designs to client.

They will be responsible for the design ownership, creative strategic development and overall concept development of the Client's brand. Job Title: UX Design DirectorJob Description: We are seeking a talented and visionary UX Design Director to lead our User Experience team in Milan.

In this role, you will design and oversee the creation of interactive experiences, ensuring usability best practices are at the forefront.

You will apply your design leadership skills to resolve user challenges through proven methodologies, translating user needs, business objectives, and technological capabilities into exceptional experiences for leading companies.

We are looking for a passionate expert who can collaborate with smart, innovative teammates to solve the toughest design challenges, helping clients define, create, and track experience-related KPIs that validate the release of excellent products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and mentor product design teams, providing guidance on best practices, design processes, and the research and analysis of customer needs, goals, and pain points.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, design-driven business solutions, embracing challenges and inspiring new ways of thinking.

Think big and understand complex feature sets, shaping design for multidisciplinary projects.

Act as a key contributor, analyzing design assumptions and features, and validating design recommendations.

Understand stakeholders' agendas and business needs to translate business requirements into UX specifications, guiding the development of wireframe concepts, sitemaps, user flows, and navigable prototypes.

Promote collaborative work practices and identify opportunities to improve quality and increase efficiency through collaborative design.

Be responsible for the final UX quality of all projects.

Provide support, guidance, and mentoring to junior members of the User Experience Team.

Facilitate workshops and strategic collaboration activities with users and customers.

Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.

Develop and communicate a strategic vision for UX that aligns with the company's overall goals.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in UX design.

Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring alignment with the company's values and vision.

REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of UX experience with a portfolio of UX-focused work samples Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

A passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Experience working with service design and design thinking principles and practices.

Experience working with lean methodology A growth mindset for both internal projects and client development.

Experience working collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Art Directors, and Developers.

Experience with data-driven decision-making processes.

Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement a UX vision.

Ability to build relationships with clients to deliver targeted solutions and expand the scope of work.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.
