Job Description

For our client company, a multination software house in FMCG field, we are looking for UX Design Lead.

ACTIVITIES:

- Develop a UX vision according to the Product vision and develop a clear strategy to increase and grow the UX team

- Enhance Customer Experience and Service Design thinking, methodology and procedures across the organisation

- Direct UX discussions about topics like product vision, design systems, design delivery and collaboration with engineering teams

- Closely collaborate with product managers, lead engineers, technical directors.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in design would be appreciated

- 3 years' experience leading UX teams for international B2B digital multi-platform products

- Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe suite

- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment and with geographically distributed teams

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
