**Key Responsibilities**:

**User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Design layouts that enhance user experience and meet business goals.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless design process.

- Produce a variety of internal websites to support different projects and departments, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Implement SEO best practices in design and content.

- Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into website content and metadata.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.

**Technical Website Setup**:

- Manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track metrics and user behavior.

- Integrate third-party tools and plugins (e. g. , Cookiebot, Hotjar) to enhance functionality.

- Ensure smooth and efficient website setup, domain management, and maintenance.

**Wix Management**:

- Utilize Wix's tools to design and maintain websites.

- Customize templates and functionalities to meet project requirements.

- Stay updated with the latest Wix features to improve performance and user experience.

- Manage and oversee multiple internal websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.

- Knowledge of Wix Velo is preferable.

**Qualifications**:

**Required**:

- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a user-centric portfolio.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation strategies.

- Proficiency in using Wix for website design and management.

- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and domain management.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform design decisions.

- Attention to detail and passion for high-quality digital experiences.

- Ability to manage repetitive tasks and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with other web design tools and platforms.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
