Check us out on: www.clubjoy. it Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced UX Design Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in transitioning our marketplace to Shopify. Your expertise will help us unleash our next wave of growth as we release a world-class website. You will work closely with our CTO to implement design changes and support any necessary code modifications to the Shopify UX. After the main design phase, your role will transition to an advisory capacity, ensuring a manageable workload as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities: Design a user-friendly and visually appealing Shopify-based website. Customize and enhance Shopify themes to align with Club Joy's brand identity. Provide UX design insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and conversion rates. Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and make iterative design improvements - this will happen in our offices in Milan. Transition to an advisory role post-design to provide ongoing insights and suggestions. Requirements: Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Extensive knowledge of UX design principles and best practices. Experience working with Shopify and familiarity with Liquid templating language. Strong understanding of web design, usability, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
