**Posizione**:
We are looking for an experienced and creative **UX Designer and Researcher** to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences through research, prototyping, and iterative testing.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable interfaces for our automotive projects and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- User Research: Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to gather insights about user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- Design Solutions: Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to solve user challenges and ensure seamless interaction with digital products.
- Data-Driven Design: Analyze user data, feedback, and metrics to inform and refine design decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Iteration and Testing: Regularly test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability findings.
- Documentation: Prepare and present UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across the team.
**Requisiti**:
**Education**: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
**Technical Skills**:
- Strong experience in UX research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e. g. , InVision, Axure) and usability testing platforms.
- Understanding of front-end development and interaction between design and development teams.
**Soft Skills**:
- Empathy: Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to advocate for the user.
- Communication: Ability to clearly present design ideas and research findings to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and a structured approach to solving user-centered design problems.
- Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to integrate feedback from different stakeholders.
