**We are specialized in end-to-end services which combine digital, tech and customer operation capabilities to improve our client's performance.

The Experience Design team in Assist Digital is a group of 150 designers who put their digital design skills at the service of our customers.

We evaluate the effectiveness of our design by the "User Centered" methodology based on users and prototypes' involvement.

We design "end to end" services (Service Design) and user experience for web, mobile, IoT (UX and UI Design).

We define content strategies suitable for different channels and devices (Content Strategy & Copy).

For our Italian offices ( Milan/ Rome) we are looking for a **UX Designer.

**What are you going to do?

**:

- Elaborate concept of design for new digital services (web, mobile, smart tv etc. )

destined to complex environments (home banking, intranet, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps etc.

)

- Design and prototype effective solutions in response to customer needs and business requirements.

- Define flows and elaborate information architectures.

- Create customer journeys on different touch points both digital and physical experiences.

- Observe and monitor external trends and propose new solutions that are aligned with the circumstances.

- Elaborate benchmark analysis.

- Cooperate with members of other teams in multidisciplinary environments.

**Who are you ?

- You have +3 years of experience in the role in a consultancy firm and/or web agency dealing with important in design projects for digital channels and different industries such as: Telco, Banking, Travel, Utilities

- Proven experience in elaboration of design specifications.

- Great knowledge of UCD methodologies.

- Excellent knowledge of Sketch and/or Figma

- Full proficiency in English and Italian.

- Ability to interact with different stakeholders.

- Ability to take responsibilities and ownership.

Moreover:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Aptitude for teamwork, collaboration and ability to manage a team and/or a client

- Graduate degree in Interaction Design or similar field is preferred
