As part of Conflux' growth and expansion, and to better meet the demands of our customers, we are expanding our network of Freelance UX Designers.

We are therefore looking for Freelance UX Designers who have experience in managing complex projects and dialogue with customers, and with whom to build strong relationships that last over time.

With our team of specialized consultants, we help our clients to develop and optimize their platforms, accompanying them in the stages of analysis, design and performance monitoring of the product or service.

Conflux is constantly growing and is looking for one or more talented Freelance UX Designers in Rome, Milan and also remotely, who are willing to grow with us and who can guarantee us their full time availability.

From 2016 to date, we have achieved important goals, working with big brands in the service, fashion, automotive, finance and betting industries.

What does the UX Designer Freelance do?

You will work on small and medium-sized projects, lasting a few weeks or several months, in wich you will share working methods and tools

You will work with a project management model that allows you to efficiently organize work time and guarantee a quality result

Through the use of participatory design techniques in collaboration with the technical team, you will take care of the design and development of interfaces, information architectures and interaction models

You will work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic team where you will be able to improve your skills in UX research, UX design and UI design

Who is our ideal Freelance UX Designer?

You have Experience as UX Designer

Excellent communication skills

You know and can use one or more of the following interface design tools: Figma, Sketch, Miro

**You know and can use one or more of the following tools**: analytics, Lookback, Morae

You know and can use one or more of the following tools for prototyping: Invision, Axure, Marvel, Principle

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language (written and spoken)

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop and in general of the Adobe Suite is preferable

You know and are familiar with concepts such as Information Architecture, Wireframe, Interaction flows, Use case, Interactive Prototypes, Requirements gathering, Benchmark, card sorting, tree testing
