Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Expert UX Designer to join our Lottery Interaction Design Team, part of our wider Experience Design Team in Milan.

As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on iconic products loved and played by millions of people in Italy and abroad with the aim of creating and constantly improving the omnichannel experience.

What you'll do:

- You will be part of the Lottery Interaction Design Team, reporting directly to the Team UX / Interaction Design Manager;- As a Expert Experience Designer, you will be responsible for the design of engaging, usable and consistent customer experiences for the Lottery games and Lottery channels.

You will work on the UX for multiple projects both for the Italian and International market;- You will work alongside Business Owners, Project Managers, Functional Analysts, Developers and with other Experience Design Team members (other designers, researchers, service designers, analysts etc. )

promoting the needs of the user and advocating user centered design;- You will empathise with customers problems and leverage user research to capture and understand real-world user needs.

You will conduct conceptual ideation, utilize and create journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, interactions, UX/UI designs concepts, prototypes, design specifications to develop end-to-end user flows providing a truly delighting experience for our customers;- You will continue to evolve interaction frameworks and patterns based on brand guidelines to and help drive adoption of Design Systems components across the entire business.

Who you are:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Product Design or related field in Organizations, Consultancies, Agencies;- You have a degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or industry equivalent experience;-

- You have excellent knowledge of tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Invision, Miro;- You are a strong advocate of design process, workshops, and methodologies and also passionate, empathetic and a team player;- You have experience communicating with diverse stakeholders and the ability to run workshops.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Experience in UI copy writing/microcopy;- Experience with Animation design / Motion;- Experience in Design System processes and tooling;- Experience conducting user research/usability testing;- Experience and/or passion about games / gaming.
