Thales people architect and deliver satellite-based systems that help position, connect and observe our planet, and push the boundaries of our understanding of planet's resources.

Our systems are in orbit at 400 km, 20000 km, 36000 km and beyond to the edges of the solar system.

- Responsibilities:

- Be the UX point of contact for TAS in Italy, working with the UX Champion and the various entities across the Company

- Perform Design Phases of UX solutions on projects and Deploy them operationally:

- Identify projects where UX is applicable in the entity

- Focus on products standardization, reusing the processes and the services already realized

- Perform design sprints with the customer and the teams for the identified solutions

- follow UX projects for continuous support, assess UX impacts and cross contaminate all entities

- manage and put in place new ideas

- Interfaces and Interactions:

- TAS UX leadership team

- Attendance to monthly meetings and sharing of the local UX status

- UX Evangelization across the entity:

- Run evangelization sessions (by using slides, video, demos ) to country's key people

- Share experience and collect comments & suggestions through questionnaires to involve people and define UX use cases.

- Personal skills:

- You are recognized for your empathy, your ability to listen, your creativity, your synthesis and analysis capabilities.

- You have natural leadership and are autonomous and adaptable.

- You wish to work in a multicultural environment and have very good English skills

- Technical skills:

- You have a strong experience in UX research (at least 5 years)

- You master user-centric and innovation approaches such as Design Thinking, Agile UX, Lean UX, design sprint, etc.

- You have expertise with at least one Design & Collaboration SW tools (i. e.

FIGMA, Forms)

- You have worked or would like to work in technical fields such as technological innovation (AR, VR, etc.

), Human Factors, Cognitive Ergonomics
