We are looking for a** UI and UX Designer** who will be responsible for user interface and experience design of our various platforms.

You will play a fundamental role in strategy, development and conception of new insights to offer the best, usable, optimized and accessible experience to our users.

**Posizione**:

**UI & UX Designer Responsibilities**:

- Being responsible of the creation flow and its various phases:

- Creating amazing interactions and supporting internal teams and vendors while developing them

- Defining a to set of metrics establish the success of a project

- Enriching our brand guidelines

- Working closely with IT and Product team to define a test plan

- Collaborating with IT and Marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of user-centered solutions

- Being the ambassador within the company of new trends relevant to increase CRO

- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior

**Requisiti**:

**UI & UX Designer Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI + UX design experience for digital products or services

- A portfolio that demonstrates high quality design within a variety of projects and digital experiences

- Knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Trello, Hotjar, Sketch, InVision, iOS, Android, and Design Systems.

- A team player but can work independently too

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Willing to share your ideas to have high impact on our user's life.
