Within the Digital Products & Services (DPS) Head Office we are looking for a **UX/UI Designer

More specifically you will be working with a cross-functional team to transform ideas into wireframes, refine them with internal and user's feedback, and make them look great with your UI skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling, inspiring, and unique digital designs for E. ON commodity and services.

- Transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated, tangible solutions.

- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.

Work closely with Product Owner, Business Analyst and Developer.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and co-create thoughtful solutions.

- Advocate for user-centered design while having a vision for a now-near-far roadmap of implementation.

- Work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks

**Key Skills**:

- 1-2 years UX/UI Designer background experience

- Experience with the human-centered design process

- Knowledge of specific tools (Mandatory Sketch & Figma; Optional Zeplin and Jira)

- Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik

- Problem-solving skills

- Accuracy and attention to details

- Creative and holistic thinking across diverse product lines, platforms, and devices

- Ability to find balance between user needs, customer requirements and feasibility constraints

- Team-working skills

- Verbal and written communication skills

**Add-on roles and skills**:

- Knowledge of Agile principles, values and methodologies

- Knowledge of qualitative data analysis tools (eg.

Contentsquare, Mouseflow, Hotjar)

- Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Present recommendations clearly and persuasively for a range of audiences
