As a successful applicant to a **UX/UI Designer** position you will contribute to make ConTe. it a better customer centric tech company, our mission into the insurance market.

You love to design new experiences, knowing that what you create will be used and appreciated by our customers.

You like discovering new technologies and trends that can help you and the company achieve the goals faster, and you are an enthusiastic ambassador of research, design and innovation.

You work in a team focused on delight users, with the aim of increasing the customer satisfaction.

**A day with us**:

- You will enjoy the collaboration within your Agile team and UX Community, self autonomous and focused on challenging business and innovative goals; you will interact day by day with UX manager, product owner, scrum master, business analyst, developers, data analysts, cloud engineers and quality assurance experts, all with the same objective: delighting our customers!

- You will contribute to discover new opportunities to design customer journey using Artificial Intelligence and other technologies to improve customer experience.

- You will contribute to research and analyze customer pain points and organize collaborative workshops to make our customers' interactions with us easy and simple.

- You will be part of a strong User Experience Community of Practice to cultivate skills, innovate and contribute to the growth of the Design ecosystem.

- You will create wireframes and beautiful mockups following the latest design trends, but also manage external partners (e. g.

Design & UX agencies, Testing agencies), who will follow your lead to achieve excellent results.

**Key Responsibilities

- Organizing and leading user research activities and usability testing

- Decreasing our customers effort of performing tasks (e. g.

looking for specific documents or information) and increasing general customer satisfaction

- Utilizing web analytics in order to extract meaningful insights and turn them into actions

- Understanding and improving conversion rates

- Identifying and planning A/B tests that you will be using to learn and validate designs/ideas

- Identifying innovations and bring them to life on our channels

- Working closely with frontend and development to get the best solution

**Our must requirements

- At least 2 year experience in similar roles, designing different digital touch points (website, mail, app etc)

- Strong experience with Graphic and Visual Design software and tools like Figma, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch

- Ability to use Axure or similar tools to create wireframe/prototypes

- Experience with user centered design, service design and Design thinking methods

- A good eye for color, typography and web elements design

- Experience in user research methodologies (surveys, user testings, interviews etc.

)

- An analytical and creative mind

- Passion for results

- Ability to translate complex processes to a simple experience

- High problem solving capabilities and communication skills

- Fluency in both Italian and English

- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization Best Practices and Web Analytics

- Can handle stress, deadlines and multitasking
