We are now looking for an entry level** UX/UI Designer

**The Role**:

You will be part of our Design Team, and you will work and be responsible of the following activies, under the supervision of your Team Manager:

- UX Strategy: gathering requisites and objectives in order to define user stories and user flows

- UX Research: interviewing user, gathering infos and analysing data

- Creating wireframes and validating them with user testing

- Ensuring technical feasibility by confronting directly with developers, and eventually reimagine flows based on technical feedbacks

- Crafting final mockups following design guidelines and caring for accurate copywriting

- Updating, maintaining and documenting a rich and complex Design System on Figma

- Degree in Communication, Design or similar

- Good knowledge of User Centered Design

- Good knowledge of Usability Heuristics and Accessibility (WCAG)

- Basic knowledge of one of the following: Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch (or other UI tools)

- Proactivity, curiosity, practical sense and flexibility

- Be ready to approach a very technical environment (with a lot of support, obviously)

- Critical thinking and ability to sustain your own solution with arguments and reasonings

- Good communication and listening skills

**Nice to have** (don't worry if you're lacking them):

- Good graphic skills (creating color palettes, crafting illustrations and simple drawings)

- Good knowledge of Figma

- Good knowledge of how Design Systems and Atomic Design works
