We have built a 37. 000 customers community that is engaging through more than 350 events we organise every month for our customers, to socialise and meet new people with the same interests to spend quality time together.

For 2021 and the years to come, internationalization and therefore the transformation into a European scale up awaits us, we're excited!

What we are looking for

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic that spread this year in Italy and worldwide, we managed to double our revenues and to expand our internal team of colleagues.

That's why we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our amazing Product Team in order to scale-up our core products: website, mobile app and the back-office web app.

**Requirements and Attitude**:

- Portfolio with projects that reflect consolidated UX and UI skills across the entire design flow from early stage to final ones

- Minimum 3 years experience as digital designer

- Ability to independently translate stakeholder requests into intuitive UI experiences and detailed specification documents

- Proficient building and maintaining Design Systems

- Experience as a facilitator during co-design workshops

- Consolidated experience in prototyping and interaction design on mobile-first digital projects (web, Android, iOS) and web app

- Consolidated experience of user research methodologies, such as qualitative interviews and user testing

- Knowledge of lean and agile design frameworks

- Master Sketch, Figma and InVision

- Be open-minded, purpose-driven and curious

- Be self-sufficient to fulfill the assigned projects and able to support the people working on that project

- Be a great team player and a professional that other colleagues respect for its integrity and working attitude

- Great communication and synthesis skills

- Be fluent in English

Nice to have

- Knowledge of foundations in coding and the development of interaction design, HTML and CSS, is advantageous.

- Experience with Principle and Flinto would be largely appreciated

- Italian is a bonus but not required
