Position OverviewAre you a passionate and driven designer ready to shape innovative digital experiences?

We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer with up to two years of professional design experience.

In this role, you'll harness your creativity and user-centered design skills to collaborate with diverse teams, delivering cutting-edge, visually engaging, and highly functional digital solutions.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

QualificationsUp to two years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Understanding of web and mobile design principles.
