Expanding further into Europe, the newest MVST chapter is a small developer & design team working closely with our Munich Studio.

Immersed in Barcelona's world-class craft, visual arts, and architecture, this team brings the base for all the digital products we are currently building.

They are the core of what we are doing and striving to do.

Responsibilities: Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle.

You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.

Work with other members of the team to create top-class user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients that are engaging, useful, and solution-oriented.

Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, perform user testing, and analyze usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems.

Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes.

Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration.

You discuss different options, next steps, and develop the design strategy together.

About you: A minimum of 2 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies.

Proficient with the newest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc. )

and familiar with older tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc. ).

Focus on pixel perfection, ensuring that you and the team deliver remarkable products, on time and on budget.

Excellent communication skills to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.

People-focused design mentality, whether through hands-on user research or by designing options for A/B testing.

Fluent in English.
