UX/UI Designer Traineeship (Erasmus+ Candidates Only) Art and Design, Communication and Information Sciences, Engineering and/or Technology Duration : Minimum 6-month engagement

Commitment : Full-time (5 days per week, 35 hours weekly, 10:00 - 17:00)

Location : Via Casilina 3T, Rome, Italy

Mode : On-site with an option for partial remote work

Description :

We seek a highly skilled and creative  UX/UI Designer  trainee to redesign and improve the user experience for two platforms:  GreenEasy , a plant marketplace, and  Plantiverse , an agricultural platform. The ideal candidate  designs intuitive and functional interfaces,   enhances  the usability and visual appeal of both platforms, and  optimizes  the user flow. The goal is to make the GreenEasy marketplace easy to navigate for users selecting plants, while  optimizing  the interface for Plantiverse's plant-driven automation systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Enrolled  in or recently  graduated  from a program in  Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science , or a related field.

Hands-on experience  with design software such as  Figma, Sketch , or  Adobe XD.

Creates  wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces with strong attention to usability.

Conducts  usability tests and  incorporates  feedback to improve design.

Daily Tasks :

Designs  and  improves  the user interface for both GreenEasy and Plantiverse, focusing on functionality, ease of use, and visual coherence.

Conducts  usability testing to gather user feedback and  iterates  on designs.

Collaborates  with developers and data scientists to ensure the design  aligns  with technical requirements.

Creates  a cohesive and visually appealing  brand identity  for both platforms.
