Reporting to the Global Head of Valuation, the Americas coordinator will work to align the valuation process and models of the region, being close to the business and managing the valuator in the different countries.

Key Responsibilities: Valuation of Renewable Energy Projects:Lead the valuation and financial modeling of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric plants. Assess project viability, risk profiles, and returns on investment (IRR, NPV, etc. )

for new and existing plants. Provide accurate financial evaluations to support investment decisions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, or divestitures. Produce reports for senior management, stakeholders, and investors that clearly outline the financial performance and potential of renewable assets. Regional Market Expertise:Maintain deep knowledge of the regional renewable energy market, including competitive landscapes, regulatory frameworks, and key industry drivers. Risk Management:Identify key risks associated with assumptions considered (e. g. , weather-related, regulatory, technological) and evaluate the potential impacts on valuation models. Work closely with risk management teams to assess and mitigate potential risks to asset values. Cross-Department Collaboration:Collaborate with the finance, engineering, legal, and operations teams to gather necessary data and insights for accurate valuations. Leadership & Team Management:Lead a team of analysts and valuation experts in the region, providing mentorship and professional development. Oversee the preparation of valuation models, due diligence reports, and financial forecasts. Qualifications: Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus). Experience:7+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment valuation, or asset management within the renewable energy sector. Proven experience with valuation models, financial forecasting, and project evaluation. Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including technical, regulatory, and economic factors. Skills:Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and valuation software. Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and their financial implications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with senior executives.
