Value Engineer (M/F/D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the R&D departmentSponsor and drive development for value improvement, cost and complexity reductionOrganize and lead technical cross-functional workshops, aimed at enhancing value and reducing costsFoster a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering inside the R&D and across departmentsDefine & implement methodologies to understand strengths & weaknesses of different playersEstablish and improve tools for teardown analysis and idea generationYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or similarProven experience in product development and validation of electronic devicesDeep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers of electronic devicesProficiency in value engineering methodologies, leading complex value improvement projectsStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong teamwork skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teamsLeadership qualities to guide and motivate teamsFluent in English; Italian and/or German would be an advantageOUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
