Value Engineer (M/F/D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the RD department Sponsor and drive development for value improvement, cost and complexity reduction Organize and lead technical cross-functional workshops, aimed at enhancing value and reducing costs Fertilize a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering inside the RD and across departments Define implement methodologies to understand strengths weaknesses of different players Establish and improve tools for teardown analysis and idea generation YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS Degree in electrical engineeering, electronics, mechatronics or similar Proven experience in product development and validation of electronic devices Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers of electronic devices Proficiency in value engineering methodologies, leading complex value improvement projects Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong teamworking skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teams Leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams Fluent in English, Italian and/or German would be an advantage OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
