Produce all VAPP Guides and supporting documents for the various stakeholders. Prepare the various reports that will be required according to the stages of the project. RequirementsAbility to work with urgency and under pressure to respond to issues. Ability to organize work and autonomy in developing assigned tasks. Strong communication skills are a must. Ability to quickly grasp and extract key elements in a set of data. Prior experience in transportation operations in sporting events of international interest is optimal.

If not, at least prior experience in logistics planning/stock management is required. Experience in the fields of Event Transport, Stock Management or Data Processing. 2 years of work experience. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Good knowledge of the rest of the Office package. Experience or knowledge of database management are a plus.
