We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Methodology Engineer. In this role, you will directly develop analysis procedures to be followed by the stress analysts, creating the required tools to automate existing analysis processes as much as possible. You will perform uncommon structural analysis related to R&D projects, performing advanced FE analysis and creating related procedures to make them future standards.

ResponsibilitiesAreas that play to your strengths:

Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering master's degree. Strong, broad understanding of carbon and metal structures. Strong knowledge of theory behind FEA. Excellent usage and knowledge of Altair Hypermesh/Optistruct, Abaqus. Other packages are a plus. Scripting skills with main codes (VBA / Matlab / TCL / …). Extensive experience at a senior level as an FEA application engineer. Initiative, proactive, and innovative. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales. Have a positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Travel 0-10%
