This position is an integral part of the Venue Development & Overlay (VDO) functional area. The person will support the team to deliver the project in line with the agreed milestones, project plans, and budgets, in the procurement process during all the tender phase and will support the VDO Cost & Contract Manager in the contract negotiations and in the definition of the overlay delivery strategy definition and implementation. In particular, the person will: actively operate in the definition of the overlay delivery contract for the general contractors; support the definition of the technical package (review and implementation of technical specifications, drawings, BoQ, specific reports, etc. ); support and coordinate all Cost & Contract disciplines within the VNI area; manage the ongoing relationships with service providers / contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery; manage cross-functional relationships to ensure effective communication and coordination; assist the VNI reporting function ensuring that progress reports, schedules, risk management, and the like are accurate, up to date, and delivered on time; share ideas and information with the team and contribute to the team environment; be aware and comply with the Corporation's health and safety policies, standards, practices, and program.
