Our proprietary viral vector platform has the capacity to encode for large payloads of neoantigens or other immunomodulators and is clinically demonstrated to safely and potently harness the power of the immune system.

We are seeking a motivated

Junior Scientist in Vector Development

to assist with:The construction, production, and molecular characterization of viral vectors for pre-clinical and pre-GMP activitiesThe optimization and automation of the PEV vector construction process

Responsibilities:Handling of cell cultures for amplification and production of viral vectorsGeneration of viral vectors based on Adenoviruses or Modified Vaccinia Ankara virus in both research or pre-GMP settingFilling of lab reports according to internal proceduresContribute to quality control tests of pre-clinical and clinical viral vector lotsTesting of new PEV vector construction procedures in automation settingParticipate to production of Adenoviral and MVA vectors for personalized genetic vaccines program at need

Job Requirements:Master degree in Biotechnology/Biology/Biomedical science or equivalentProven laboratory experience (at least one year)Knowledge of molecular and/or cellular biology techniques is desirable(DNA/RNA extraction, PCR and Q-PCR, DNA cloning, ELISA, Western Blot)Experience in cells culture handling and manipulationExperience and/or knowledge in the viral vectors field (desirable)Proficient in spoken and written EnglishAbility to work independently and in a teamFlexibility and resourcefulnessAbility to use technical operational documentationBasic use of the Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)Availability to work in the weekend when necessary (for specific company projects)Other duties as assigned
