We are currently looking for a Vehicle Diagnostic Engineer to support one of our projects in Turin/Sant'Agata Bolognese. Responsibilities:Provide support to the dealer network for problem investigation and resolutionAnalyze dealer reports and identify root causes of issuesConduct detailed analysis of protocols, videos, and picturesPerform vehicle updates and ensure sensors and actuators are correctly trainedAnalyze and correct error memory entries in ECUsCollaborate with a team of experts in a high-tech, innovative environmentAbout you:Min 2 years' experience in the automotive field (OEM, Tier1)Knowledge about vehicle diagnostic and remote diagnosticIndependent in diagnostic report analysisKnowledge about automotive networking protocols (CAN, LIN, etc…)Knowledge and proven interest in automotive electrics and electronic problem resolutionKnowledge about vehicle software updates, coding, and parametrizationKnowledge of working model of AUDI and/or VW is nice to haveAdvanced knowledge in diagnostic toolsGeneral knowledge on 2D drawings and logical schematicGeneral knowledge on LIN, CAN, Flexray, and optical networkGeneral knowledge on laboratory tools (scope, tester, …)Knowledge of failure tracking toolsKnowledge of network tracing and logging toolsGeneral knowledge on vehicle's architectureGeneral knowledge on Power Train and Infotainment issuesEngineering degree (Mechanical, electrical, automotive, or related field)English language is MANDATORY (German is a plus)Job details:Location: Turin/Sant'Agata BologneseStart date: 01/09/2024Next StepsSomeone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview.
