We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer for our Motorsport client in Milan.

As part of this role, you will play a critical role in advising the test team and driving vehicle performance by collecting and analyzing data from track tests, outdoor measurements, and vehicle simulations.

This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with various teams to improve vehicle setup and track performance.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the test team on planning and advising on vehicle dynamics analysis during track tests. Measure key outdoor vehicle parameters such as vehicle angle, speed, 6-axis force, and more for tyre modeling and aerodynamics. Collaborate with the aero team for measurement and analysis. Conduct surface scanning of tracks and process data to enhance the accuracy of the vehicle setup. Develop and enhance the vehicle observer system to improve estimations of ground forces, slip angle, roll angle, etc. Provide trackside data analysis services during tests and races, supporting the team with remote data analysis. Key skills:Strong background in vehicle dynamics, performance engineering, and test planning. Hands-on experience with measurement tools (smart wheels, IMUs, etc. )
