For this purpose, it has decided to extend the initiative related to the vehicle electrification to meet the ambitious goal of reaching **Net Zero Carbon by 2040**.

YOUR PROFILE:

We are currently looking for a **Vehicle Dynamics Lead.

The position offered is crucial for IVECO to develop and enforce the know-how culture and its competitiveness on the global market, and it represents an important investment in specific skills designed to face new business challenges with tough targets.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES:

- Vehicle Dynamics functions and ADAS components development responsible who is in charge to coordinate the project team, to manage the Supplier, to control project costs.

- Assigning necessary resources or defining outsource needs, and supporting smooth resolution of project issues

- Defines functions and components targets, owning function behavior and performances as well as functions and components release

- Work to support integration of products and systems with all vehicle platforms

- Work to support electronic and electrical requirements definition and the relevant constraints for the integration on vehicle

- Support the review of the component validation for products and systems under development

- Review progress of projects and provides executive summaries to Management, keeping project planning aligned with the vehicle milestones and project cost within budget

- Develop and empower team resources, contributing to increase company know-how

- Propose innovations, creates invention disclosures, critiques and advocates proposals for others.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MS/BS Degree in Engineering with emphasis in Electronic with work experience of at least 7 years.

- Deep technical knowledge and experience of ADAS functions/sensors and Vehicle Dynamics principles, knowledge of relevant homologation norms (ECE R131, ECE R79. . . )

- Good knowledge of powertrain integration functions (ICE/EV) and brake/steering integration functions

- Knowledge Design FMEA, FEM analysis, ISO26262 Functional Safety, Cyber security principles.

- Knowledge of Vehicle Electronic Architectures and Applications, including CAN communication, SAE J1939 protocol, ISO 14229 - UDS diagnostic protocol

- Proficiency in design analysis and experience in systems integration

- English language: advanced level
