**Posizione**:

**MICLA Engineering & Design** is looking for a **Vehicle Test Manager

- Vehicle validation activities planning

- Vehicle test progress management

- Vehicle management (setup, handling, configuration and preparation)

- Budget responsibility

- Activity status reporting

- Coordination with product development team and vehicle line

- Test material management

- Workshop organization on the car and bench

**Requisiti**:

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Master degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Vehicle Engineering

- Project management experience

- Vehicle validation experience

- Knowledge in automotive systems and network architecture

- Knowledge about automotive development process

- Knowledge of Windows Office tools

- Knowledge of project managements tools

- Ability to work in a team and within a complex organization

- Organizational skills

- Negotiation skills

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and effective communication skills

- Ability to effectively communicate timelines and project progress with both internal and external management teams

- Ability to simultaneously manage different tasks

- Experience working in cross functional teams

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Analytical skills and data processing

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and work within a diverse team.

**Language skills**:English mandatory.
