- Thermal managementYou will participate and manage the complete validation process, starting from the FMEA creation, validation planning and execution down to the testing report.

The vehicle validation headquarters is in Turin (Italy) with interfaces to the design and development centers in Ulm (Germany), Madrid (Spain).

Main Tasks:

- Debug the setup of elements of wiring harness and E/E networking (CAN, LIN)

- Measure the functionality of electric / electrified elements by means of digital and analogue measurements

- Setup and read-out data logging systems in prototype vehicles

- Setup (physically install, wire, flash, parametrise) new E/E systems in a fleet of prototype vehicles

- Analyse the data gathered by data logging and measurement systems - Publish results in testing reports Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanic/Automotive Engineering with focus on Electronics or Electronics Engineering with focus on Automotive sector

- Proven experience in CAN data acquisition and logging (e. g.

Vector tools)

- Good applied knowledge of data mining / data post processing based on macros and scripts

- Basic knowledge of hybrid driveline systems, electric drive or thermal systems is mandatory

- Basic knowledge of voltage and current measurements

- Experience in and hands-on approach with E/E vehicle systems setup and debug (working on wiring harnesses, soldering, crimping, wiring checks with simple electric measurements)

- Good experience with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook. )

- Knowledge of truck specific E/E architecture (SAE J1939) is a plus - Deep knowledge of at least one programming language (preferred VBA, C++) is a plus

- Fluent technical Italian and English, written and spoken, German language is a plus
