Our teams: Amazon Vendor Services (AVS): AVS is a strategic consulting organization that helps manufacturers and brands optimize their business on Amazon. We work directly with vendors who sell their products to Amazon through the 1P (first-party) model. Our team serves as trusted advisors to help vendors accelerate their growth and improve operational efficiency. Strategic Account Services (SAS): SAS is dedicated to supporting high-potential sellers on Amazon's marketplace through the 3P (third-party) model. We provide strategic guidance to help sellers scale their businesses, optimize operations, and maximize their success on Amazon's platform. Key job responsibilities Provide strategic consulting to vendors and sellers to help them grow their business on Amazon. Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute account plans to drive business results. Monitor and improve key performance metrics including revenue, profitability, and operational excellence. Resolve complex business issues and escalations. Drive adoption of Amazon tools and programs. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in English and either Italian, Spanish, German or French. Experience in account management, consulting, sales or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in e-commerce or retail. Knowledge of Amazon's selling platforms and tools. Project management experience.
