The Vendor Solution team (VS) support the Expedia For Business group (E4B) and Expedia Group (EG) business with their outsourced services by providing best in class outsourced solutions and 3rd party vendor management support.
Within the VS team, this role involves working closely with the internal partners across various functions and ensure outsourced partners are well coordinated with the contractual agreements.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that is responsible for vendor solution management for a network of outsourced partners spread globally.

Our Vendor Solution Managers are responsible for supervising the selection of new vendors, handle Expedia Group's relationship with our existing outsourced partners and monitor very closely their performances and spend.
Vendor Management partners very closely with Operations making sure our outsourced partners always provide the right support and always meet our SLA and expectations.
As a key member of the global vendor solution organization within E4B, you will play a pivotal role in achieving vital business goals and objectives
**What you'll do**:
- Drive process improvement projects that increase team efficiency and excellence in the area of recruitment, selection, orientation and familiarization of vendors
- Maintain an efficient relationship with vendors, resolve issues at scale and anticipate needs associated with vendor experience
- Manage the delivery of global services and execution of complex global agreements and statements of work with specific SLAs, KPIs, contract deliverable, and contracted processes
- Engage business owners in achieving results through continuous communication, including regular operational meetings, coordinating global QBRs, communication of reports, and performance results
- Supervise RFP process, SOW negotiation, invoice reconciliation and payments
- Contribute to process improvement projects that drive team efficiency and excellence
- Develop and maintain an accurate and diverse vendor database following and anticipating business needs
- Drive the implementation of tooling and automation in matching vendors to content types and assignments based on capacity, availability, and performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain appropriate vendor-specific procedures, solutions, and instructions
- Conduct data analysis and derive actionable items for the organization
- Drive timely resolution of issues through gap and root cause analysis; recommending and coordinating action plans
- Continually seek and advocate for cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
- Responsible for complex negotiations across several business units
- Develop vendor policies and procedures to maximize performance and service quality
- Manage vendor prioritization of multiple project priorities across various regions and points of sale to maximize benefit to Expedia
**Who you are**:
- 3-5 years relevant experience managing vendor relationships/performance, negotiations, project timelines and global services
- Previous experience in the localization and multilingual content industry
- Excellent team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical skills, strategy, planning, and business acumen
- Highly organized with the ability to easily multi-task
