We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Venture architect (M/F/d) Digital Services in Venice, Italy.

Build and shape new Digital Services division through the Danfoss incubator engine that develops the investment pipeline and start-up investments systematically.

**Responsibilities**:

Your key tasks include,

- Supports venture architects and product owners in assessing concepts, launching pilots, and developing mínimal marketable products during the Incubation process

- Works closely with domain experts from different Danfoss divisions and builds a bridge between this domain expertise and digital expertise within the Incubator

- Translates business needs to technical requirements for the Digital Service

- Prepares and executes key workshops/ decision meetings in Incubation process

- Supports the Digital Services performance manager in ensuring that all concepts are on track with regards to their agreed goals

- Prepares and participates in the business / performance reviews of the different Digital Services.

You ensure that agree actions are followed-up upon.

- Support the funding process of the Digital Services

**Background & Skills**:

To be successful in this role you should have,
