Who are we looking for?

As a Venture Builder, you will specialise in 0-1 venture development and have experience in product, design, growth and tech.

You are responsible for turning opportunities into venture-backable businesses - working closely with founders to shape a strategy and find product/market fit.

You have a varied skill set and will have demonstrated an interest in tech and entrepreneurship.

You will be an advocate for FF's values and mission and be committed to supporting founders.

Italian language skills (fluency) are a must!

Your responsibilities Ownership of the end-to-end design process, taking an early MVP into market and bringing to life the customer experience and business vision/mission.

Having a human-focused approach to building technology businesses, but capable of balancing the customer needs and business requirements Within each venture ensure there is a clear vision and purpose and make sure we are embodying and communicating the values You will be aware of the studio stage gates and support the founders in working towards a positive IC decision Prioritise learning.

Ask the right questions and seek feedback when needed Spotting opportunities by taking a keen interest in the business landscape Required skills, competencies, and experience Driving momentum by subscribing to lean methodologies and an experimental approach.

You will use tools and methods that help the venture move faster with confidence  You will wear multiple hats ie design, tech, product and growth.

You will be responsible for pulling in skillsets (internal or freelance) where you feel expertise is needed You will be capable of producing no code/low code solutions to help get product in users hands quickly You have a technical mindset with an interest in upskilling your knowledge of tooling, integrations and software to create functional prototypes/proof of concepts that accelerate the validation process.

You can think creatively and are resourceful.

Communicating your ideas, progress and learnings to the team, seeking feedback when needed.

You have the ability to constantly deliver value across the ventures you work on You will set the expectations with the founder/s around a working relationship and ensure that you maintain good working communication throughout the build phase  Fluency in Italian We value Quick thinking and intuition, someone who can balance creativity with objective data A passion for creating products people love, caring about product performance is key The ability to adapt and operate in an ambiguous environment Comfortable with taking risks Wanting to continuously improve your skills and productivity, challenging yourself when you can  Strong leadership that drives outcomes  Being approachable and optimistic  Note:  This role is on a contract basis for up to €5000 per month.

La conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana è indispensabile!

Le tue responsabilità Gestire l'intero processo di design, portando un MVP iniziale sul mercato e dando vita all'esperienza del cliente e alla visione/missone dell'azienda.

Adottare un approccio human-centered per costruire aziende tecnologiche, ma capace di bilanciare le esigenze dei clienti e le necessità aziendali Garantire che ogni venture abbia una visione e uno scopo chiari Essere consapevole delle fasi del progetto e supportare i fondatori nel lavorare verso una decisione positiva dell' IC.

Fai le domande giuste e cerca feedback quando necessario.

Identificare le opportunità mantenendo un forte interesse per il panorama aziendale.

Competenze, capacità ed esperienza richieste Creare momentum aderendo a metodologie agili e un approccio sperimentale.

Utilizzerai strumenti e metodi che aiutano la venture a muoversi più velocemente con fiducia.

Avere competenze generali: design, tecnologia, prodotto e crescita.

Sarai responsabile di coinvolgere competenze esterne (interni o freelance) quando necessario.

Essere in grado di produrre soluzioni no code/low code per portare rapidamente il prodotto nelle mani degli utenti.

Avere una mentalità tecnica con un interesse a migliorare le proprie conoscenze su strumenti, integrazioni e software per creare prototipi funzionali/prove di concetto che accelerano il processo di validazione.

Essere focalizzati sulla soluzione: dare un senso a uno spazio problematico proponendo e provando soluzioni.

Pensare in modo creativo ed essere intraprendente.

Comunicare le tue idee, progressi e apprendimenti al team, cercando feedback quando necessario.

Essere in grado di fornire costantemente valore alle venture su cui lavori.

Stabilire le aspettative con il/la fondatore/fondatrice per quanto riguarda la relazione di lavoro e garantire una comunicazione efficace durante la fase di sviluppo.

Nota: Questo è un contratto di consulenza iniziale di 9 mesi per €5000 al mese che richiede Partita IVA italiana o estera.
