During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Doping Control is responsible for performing doping controls from the opening of the Olympic villages to the closing ceremony.

Anti-doping controls will be conducted both in and out of competition.

The Venue Doping Control Officer Coordinator is a professional with experience in the management and organization of anti-doping control procedures conducted both nationally and internationally, possessing organizational management skills and specific knowledge in the context of complex organizations.

The Venue Doping Control Officer Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Doping Control of the Medical Services of Milan Cortina and will have the role of Advisor for the organizational aspects of the competitive and non-competitive venues towards the organizational structure.

He/She will supervise the strategic and operational planning typical of the Games and will have an advisory role until the Games, taking on the role of responsible for the operational management of procedures connected to anti-doping tests during Games Time.

He/She will also provide support for the Observer Program.
