What will your role be?

We are looking for a V&V Engineer to perform the following activities: Analysis of described and existing portal problems Analysis of expected behaviour and verification of adherence to specifications Analysis of the configurations under consideration (FastPrep, Project Package, etc. . . ) Analysis/Preparation of the necessary artefacts (Binary, FastPrep, etc. . . ) Preparation of the test setup and updating of the software and configurations.

Preparation of the test environment (necessary tools - scripts - ground scenarios) in order to guarantee the correct functionality of the environment for the subsequent reproduction of the problems.

Diagnosis of malfunctions.

Management of ticket status progress on portal.

Opening of CR on portal.

Measuring progress metrics (pre-analysis time, first answer-time, etc. ).

What are we looking for in you?

Experience and competencies Knowledge for product/system system activities for the railway sector Knowledge for product/system V&V activities for the railway sector Troubleshooting, product/system validation/integration testing Knowledge of ETCS/ERTMS signalling functions Knowledge of ETCS/ERTMS on-board subsystem functions Familiarity with troubleshooting and laboratory testing activities (in particular for functional tests on targets) Experience in root-cause analysis of software from log analysis/test results.

Knowledge of ADA, C, C++ and SW analysis skills on source code.
