Vice President Of Business Development
We are excited to announce we are currently looking to expand our Business Development Team in Italy. We are looking for a VP of Business Development who will take full ownership of the BFSI Vertical – to win new accounts and grow the accounts within the Italian Market. The VP will be developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team across the Italy Group. The VP will be a true hunter – with experience of hunting, leading & closing Sales opportunities. The Primary Responsibilities for the VP include: Developing a network of prospects. Developing plans and strategies for the BFSI Vertical that will form the basis for value-driven sales growth - plan to include analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current business/competitive analysis/strategy for penetration of new accounts/logos & GTM strategy. Support strategic meetings, particularly with execs and c-suite execs, consistently building contacts, advocates, and champions within the region, functions, and levels. Manage multiple channel selling strategies: including relationship selling, solution selling, consultative selling, social selling & added value-based selling during the sales, negotiation, and closing cycles. Be the trusted (BFSI) advisor for our clients & prospects - attend events, raise awareness and develop the TP value proposition. To win sales accounts/logos in line with our commercial guidelines. Present & consult with/to colleagues on business trends with a view of developing new sales services, products, and distribution channels (thought leadership). Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop TP's unique selling propositions. Qualify and document every opportunity in detail. Mobilize the sales support team - leading the solutioning and negotiating the opportunity to close. So if you have: 5 years of hunting (new logo) experience. 5 years of BFSI expertise. Proven experience in prospecting & pipeline management. A consultative mindset with a passion for finding solutions. A real appetite for deal origination, leading opportunities and enjoy closing.
