Vice Store Manager Genova Xx Settembre
PANDORA is currently seeking an ambitious and motivated assistant Store Manager for our store in genova xx settembre.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the worlds most loved jewellery brands.
**Main purpose of the role
The Vice Store Manager supports the Store Manager in ensuring that the store and all the staff employed therein contribute to celebrate women, giving each consumer the opportunity to live a unique shopping experience in which to choose, within our universe of jewels, the ones best suited for to better express their personality.
**Responsibilities of the PANDORA Vice Store Manager**:
**STORE STAFF
Supporting the Store Manager (and doing his behalf in its absence):
- Collaborates to the supervision of the sales personnel activities and, if necessary, manages the scheduling of the sales personnel work shifts, in compliance with the store regulations and priorities.
- Promotes a high level of motivation among sales staff and it is committed to provide a peaceful and positive environment for the team.
- Responsible for new sales employees "on the job" training (even those coming from other Pandora stores) and to the continuous training of the staff, as outlined by Training and Visual Merchandising (product knowledge, selling techniques, visual techniques, LINK, policies and procedures).
- Ensures that the sales staff has a neat appearance, a role-appropriate behavior and standing, and that is punctual.
- Immediately notifies its Manager or the HR department for every event or relevant behavior in terms of personnel and / or shop management.
**STORE MANAGEMENT
Supporting the Store Manager (and doing his behalf in its absence):
- Maintains high and consistent levels of customer service standards (Pandora Way of Selling, in-store post sales management and customer service management).
- Manages the store budget and works to achieve the qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
- Ensures proper handling of delivered products in the store and in stock (analysis, control, arrangement, orders and re-orders).
- Partecipates to the in / out flows of goods and materials controlling (timing, quality, quantity and documentation).
- Partecipates proactively on the good organisation of the store, the state of maintenance and cleanliness of premises, furniture, equipment and materials, as well as the overall image of the store and its staff.
- Supports the Store Manager in managing the internal inventory.
**STORE EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE
Supporting the Store Manager (and doing his behalf in its absence):
- Contributes to the implementation of POS and merchandising campaigns and product placement according to the Pandora guidelines.
- Contributes to the regular renewal of the windows, during campaigns and between campaigns.
**CASH FLOW AND INVENTORY
Supporting the Store Manager (and doing his behalf in its absence):
- Collaborates to the monitoring and managing of the cash flows of the store, and preparation of payments reports in line with the policies and procedures outlined by the Finance Department of Pandora.
It collaborates to the store stock and the inventory results.
**REPORTS
Supporting the Store Manager (and doing his behalf in its absence):
- Partecipates to the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports with the analysis, arguments and necessary actions to achieve the targets of the store.
- Partecipates to the preparation of any reports, analysis and necessary document, in line with the company guidelines (for example: to do lists, checklists, KPIs files, monthly closings, planning and WF, store expenses, expense reports, etc.
).
**SELLING
- Participates proactively and effectively to sales activities, according to the Pandora Way of Selling.
- Contributes actively to the achievement of sales performances according to shared goals.
- Maintains high and consistent level of customer service standards.
- Manages all issues related to the costumer service in a serious, helpful and professional manner, in particular: complaints, returns, individual orders, etc.
**GENERAL
- Keeps private any confidential information, in particular regarding: sensitive data concerning the company, staff and customers.
- Contributes to corporate assets and brand image protection.
- Conforms to and supports the Store Manager in making sure that the staff act in compliance with the labor regulations, procedures, rules and internal policies (schedules, time off, holidays, behaviour, etc. )
and safety related regulations in the workplace.
**Key qualifications of the PANDORA Vice Store Manager**:
- Excellent interpersonal relations management.
- Fluent in english
- Good knowledge of the office suite and familiarity with major informatics/electronics tools.
- Knowledge of cash transactions.
- Store opening and closing procedures (also at a tax level) management.
- Good KPIs (turnover, productivity, stock rotation, etc. )
