- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Video Content Advisor** to join its office in **Genoa, Italy** within the Global Communication Division.
**Mission
- The Video Content Advisor will provide active contribution in the development, production, and optimization of high-quality video and photo content that supports company's visual communication, especially on social media channels.
This role involves collaborating with various teams, contribute to concept development and scripting to filming, editing and final delivery, ensuring video production and photo content is aligned with company goals and brand standards.
**Key Accountabilities
- Concept Development:
- Brainstorming and researching creative ideas for video content.
- Support the preparation of pitches and presentations for proposed video projects.
- Pre-Production:
- Aid in creating detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Help write scripts and develop storyboards for video projects.
- Production:
- Support the oversight of video production activities, including setting up equipment and managing on-site logistics.
- Ensure video shoots adhere to schedules and budgets.
- Post-Production:
- Assist in the editing process, including selecting footage and adding special effects.
- Help incorporate music, voiceovers, and other elements into the final product.
- Ensure the final video meets company quality standards and branding guidelines.
- Optimize videos for various platforms and formats.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor video content performance using analytics tools.
- Gather insights and assist in creating reports on the effectiveness of video campaigns.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics data.
**Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media or Film**Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro is a must, Davinci Resolve and Canva are a plus).
- Experience in social media visual content production.
- Familiarity with managing a video shoot set (framing, actors, audio tools, etc).
- Understanding of copyright and intellectual property laws related to video production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
