**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:Cultivate and expand publisher partnerships, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 publishers to accelerate growth.

- **Sales and Strategy**:Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

- **Market Insight**:Stay ahead of video advertising trends, identifying both opportunities and challenges.

- **Client Engagement**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams to communicate client needs and drive product improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years in ad-tech, with a minimum of 5 years specialized in video.

- Experience in video distribution and monetization, with familiarity in platforms like Dailymotion or JWPlayer.

- Proficient in leading sales of video products and optimizing product use for clients.

- Experience managing teams and working with cross-functional groups to achieve business goals.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
