Adapt stylistically to work within existing brand parameters. Adhere to strict deadlines. Management of digital assets ensuring proper labeling and file structure is maintained. Edit entertaining and compelling short and long form videos maintaining technical and aesthetic industry standards. Ensure all videos leaving the department are technically sound, correct in scope, and delivered on time. Work closely with the Producers and Account Directors to execute client programs from concept through ideation to final delivery. Liaise with other internal departments. Brainstorm creative ideas and encourage innovation. Provide videography services as required. Work closely with Creative Production Lead on project management, scheduling, delegating work to colleagues, and overseeing and predicting the technical needs of the department. Attend management meetings as required. Provide exceptional leadership to the post-production and production teams.
