**Posizione**:

**_Video Experiences _**_is the Unit leading OTT products and services provider delivering best-of-breed products and components as well as comprehensive end-to-end solutions. _

We are looking to hire Operators with basic knowledge and experience in video streaming to provide support to internal and external clients for our OTT operations during live sport events (Football, Basket, Baseball, Cricket ).

Applicants should be keen and quick to learn new technical skills and be able to work flexible hours (mandatory), as due to the nature of our work, evening, night and weekend shifts will be necessary.

A true passion for sport is extremely valuable for this role.

Following training on Deltatre's products and services, the Video Streaming Operator will be based from the studios in the Turin office and be responsible for:

- Providing live operational support to key projects ensuring that all services are running

- Operating the video encoding technologies used by the company

- Monitoring the streaming platforms before and during operational events

- Operating and Monitoring live video encoding for live sporting events

- Ensuring that operations run smoothly, by following operational and technical checklists

- Ensuring that all monitoring is set up appropriately and efficiently

- Ensuring high quality user experience, by managing backoffice tools driving the FrontEnd

- Experience working with computers

- Experience with Live online video streaming.

- Willingness to work in the office (not smart working) also late and night shifts and weekends, given the timing of global sports operations

- Excellent communication skills (able to clearly articulate issues to II and III Level support teams)

- Has ideally worked in an operative role with computers

- Confident to make decisions to resolve issues with limited supervision

- Enjoys working in a fast paced and highly pressured environment

- Enjoys working for major USA sport events such as NBA or MLB

- Able to follow reliable, clear and quality (process) documentation

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English

- Degree educated with a science or technology focus or equivalent (desirable)

- Experience with Elemental Encoders and Windows Azure very beneficial but not essential
