V.I.E Hr Group Project Officer
Euronext is looking for an HR V. I. E contract located in Milan (Italy).
12 months contract (extension possible in another Euronext location after 12 months)
Your key accountabilities
At Group level:
Training:
- Supporting the roll-out of the group training plan : trends identification, local cascading of training needs, ad-hoc support.
- Administration of learning tools (Babbel, Udemy, 5 Miles) and engagement campaigns of the users.
- Coordinating of group level trainings (content creation with internal stakeholders, follow-up of the deployment on the Learning Management System (LMS) internal communication).
- Organising training with external providers, negotiate costs.
- Building efficient KPIs and consolidate training activity at group level.
Recruitment:
- Coordinating the whole recruitment process for VIEs (receive the needs from managers, publication of the offer, managing interviews and onboarding).
- Contributing on continuous improvement for the SIRH tool (Workday).
Post Trade & local level:
- Supporting the HR Directors on initiatives that support the Euronext Securities and the Clearing.
- Supporting the Communication for Euronext Securities and Clearing (Town Hall, business knowledge sessions, newsletters).
- Providing regular and ad hoc HR reporting and data analysis to HR and/or Management.

Your profile:
- Previous work experience in the HR function with exposure to recruitment and training
- Ability to manage priorities and handle complexity across functional borders in a matrix organization
- Great communicator, flexible, team player, cultural awareness, and strong relationship-building skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigorous, organized and dynamic
- Adaptability in a fast changing and growing environment
- Excellent command of English.
- Other languages is appreciated (Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian )
