**ABOUT THE OFFER

**Context**:

For our **Supply Chain division** in **Milan** we are looking for new intern in our Demand Planning Team.

During your experience you'll be part of a young and dynamic team, you'll get in touch with all company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

**Missions**:

You'll collaborate with several company's departments to develop your analytical skills and to discover competitive dynamics of dairy & ambient products' market.

You'll support the Demand Planning team on day-by-day activities and projects.

In details, you'll be accountable to:

> Preparing short

- and long-term forecast based on historical data and input from top line team (sales, mktg, category)

> Managing forecast activities using IBP the tool (masterdata, promo event, phase-in/phase-out product).

Analyzing the output of the tool to identify the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm

> Assuring high level of forecast accuracy to balance between zero wastes and high customer service level

> Interfacing with supply planning dept to anticipate issue/change in forecasting trend that can affect the service and waste performance

> Preparing and animating all the reporting of the demand planning team, to support daily activities

> Collaborating with financial dept to support the GPS process

> Analyze data, look for insights, fuel the TopLine team with growth generating ideas

About you

**ABOUT YOU

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

- Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering or similar;

- Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;

- Structured and analytical way of working;

- Relational skills and flexibility;

- SAP Knowledge will be a plus

- Excel and Power Point knowledge;

- Fluent in English/Italian

**Are you eligible for a V. I. E?

V. I. E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company.

This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

- You must be aged 18 to 28.

You must have completed national service obligation.

- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.

- You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V. I. E.

- You have never done a V. I. E before.

**What are the contractual advantages of the V. I. E ?

- There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V. I. E your social security is covered by April international.

- You will be granted with 2, 5 days off per month.

- Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.

- The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
