Join us as a Marketing Officer in our International Graduate Programme (V. I. E)!

To support its expansion, the ELITE team is looking for a Marketing Officer to join the team from May 2025, for an initial period of 12 months, in Milan.

You will report to the Head of Marketing.

You will be primarily responsible for:

- Supporting the production and update of marketing collaterals online/offline- Supporting database management and CRM- Supporting content curation of the Elite website and platform- Updating the events calendar- Providing events management support (i. e.

logistics; suppliers; contracts; speakers; guests; follow ups)- Supporting social media activities- Scouting about French market opportunities related to marketing and sales

Your Profile:

- Degree in Communications, Marketing or Events Management- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Dynamics 365 would be a plus- Ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines- Excellent organizational skills- Team working attitude- Strong interest in the financial services industry- Proficient in French and English verbal & written communication skills (Italian is a plus)
