Villa Operations Assistant Job Description Location: Sardinia, Italy Position: Long Term Seasonal possibly Live-In (April to October) Report to: TDS Property Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities First and main point of contact for guests, checking in and out guests, working closely to tend to and anticipate their needs and requests. Giving tips and suggestions for their stay. Preparing and serving breakfast to LPE guests consisting of eggs, fresh juice, coffee and tea etc. Managing cleaning of rooms, common spaces, and villa in general. Managing laundry of the villa and guests. Managing the inventory of the villa including in rooms, common areas, kitchen and supplies. Checking, noting and reporting gardening or maintenance issues. Booking activities, bookkeeping, invoicing and other concierge type work. Coordinating lunch or dinner requests, organizing with the chef and setting up and cleaning up after. Focused on client satisfaction. Miscellaneous tasks as required for Torre Delle Stelle Real Estate SRL. Key Qualifying Criteria Previous industry experience in cleaning and hospitality. Excellent communication skills. Positive and friendly attitude, confident and enthusiastic. Team player. Organized and with good time management. Fit, energetic and adaptable. Takes pride in appearance and work. Dedicated, trustworthy, self-motivated. Computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus). Fluent in English and Italian, pref other languages. Driver's license without any restrictions. Other Appreciated Skills: Decoration skills. Pet friendly. Knowledge of Sardinia and its culture. Any medical knowledge/training.
