Borgo Pignano is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate VILLAS GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER to join our team for the 2025 season. Borgo Pignano is a 750-acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living, and sustainable organic farming.
On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany, you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences. ResponsibilitiesFollow all guest needs until they are completed to the total guest satisfaction. Host and welcome all guests in a gracious and polite manner; have the ability to hold a conversation with the guest in a natural and spontaneous manner. Coordinate with the front desk for speedy check-in & check-out as per guest request. Offer Villa orientation to arriving guests, take care of the guest's laundry, and arrange amenities for arrivals. Inform the housekeeping department of the time desired for daily cleaning and turn-down service. Make all hotel departments aware of guest allergies and food preferences. Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel. Be the main contact for guests during their stay and assist them with queries, restaurant, and experience reservations. Support other departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, In-room dining, and Front Office with their duties when needed. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy or whatever time of the day. Be very familiar with the Room division/Front office policies and procedures. Prepare all necessary arrangements, such as registration cards, spa treatments, restaurant confirmations, experiences, etc. , before guests' arrivals after handling pre-arrival requests. Deliver food and beverages in the Villa as per guest requests. Comply with all safety and hygiene policies. RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in the same role in the hospitality industry. Commitment to a high level of customer service. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing with utmost care for the guest experience. Excellent organizational skills. Good communicative and social skills. Strict attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion. Ability to be a clear thinker and remain calm under pressure. Excellent knowledge of English. Respect for nature and the values that the earth represents. Must have a valid driving license and own a car. BenefitsShared accommodation and meals.
