Borgo Pignano is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate VILLAS GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER to join our team fot the 2025 season.
Borgo Pignano is a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming.
On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences.
Main Responsabilities: -Follow all the guest needs until they are completed to the total guest satisfaction; -Host and welcome all guests in a gracious and polite manner; to have the ability to hold a conversation with the guest in a natural and spontaneous manner; -Coordinate with the front desk for speed check-in & check-out as per guest request; -Offer Villa orientation to the arrival guests, take care of the guest's laundry, arrange amenities for arrivals; -Inform the housekeeping department of the time desired for the daily cleaning and turn-down service; -Make aware all the hotel departments about guest allergies and food preferences; -Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel; -Be the main contact for guests during their stay and assist their with queries, restaurants and experiences reservations; -Support the other departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, In room dining, and Front Office with their duties when needed; -Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy or whatever time of the day; -Be very familiar with the Room division/Front office policies and procedures; -Preparing all necessary arrangements, such as registration cards, spa treatments, restaurant confirmation, experiences, etc.
before guests' arrivals after having handled pre-arrival requests; -Deliver food and beverages in the Villa as per guests request; -Comply with all safety and hygiene policies.
Requirements - At least 2 year experience in the same role in the hospitality industry - Commitment to a high level of customer service - Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, prioritizing with utmost care for the guest experience - Excellent organizational skills - Good communicative and social skills - Strict attention to detail - Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion - Ability to be a clear thinker and remain calm under pressure - Excellent knowledge of English - Respect for nature and for values that the earth represent - Must have a valid driving license and own a car Benefits: shared accomodation and meals Please send your curriculum vitae and consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No.
