VIP & Celebrities Director The VIP & Celebrities Director will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with VIPs, celebrities, and high-profile influencers, ensuring that the brand's image is promoted through exclusive collaborations and media visibility.

This role will develop and implement engagement strategies with prominent figures, increasing the brand's exposure and strengthening its position in the luxury fashion market Main Responsibilities: Define and implement relationship strategies with VIPs and celebrities, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and identity.

Manage and develop partnerships with talent management agencies and PR firms to secure the brand's presence at key events and in the media.

Oversee and coordinate gifting activities, sponsorships, and special collaborations with prominent figures from entertainment, music, and sports.

Identify new opportunities for brand visibility through strategic associations and exclusive events.

Monitor and analyze the return on celebrity endorsement activities to optimize future strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency in branding and promotional activities.

Organize and manage fittings for celebrities, ensuring garments are appropriate and in line with the brand's image.

Requirements: Proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles within the fashion, luxury, or entertainment industries.

Strong network of contacts with VIPs, celebrities, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Advanced expertise in managing high-profile events and PR strategies.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and crisis management skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in a secondlanguage is a plus.
