Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, promotions, and support teams to curate exclusive offers and experiences tailored for VIP players.

Data-Driven Strategies: Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify trends, develop targeted engagement strategies, and align offerings with individual preferences.

Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate and address player concerns promptly, delivering effective solutions to maintain trust and ensure an exceptional gaming experience.

What We're Looking For Proven experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming industry.

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Familiarity with platforms like Intercom, Discord, and CRM systems is a plus.
